McLaren Esports: 2026 Driver Announcement
Overview
We created a hero film built around a glitchy computer-like system that analyses past driver performance, generates insights and gradually reveals the drivers, their new kits and the season ahead.
The 2026 driver announcement needed to do more than introduce a roster. It had to signal a new McLaren Esports identity, using the language of performance data, analysis and racing technology.
McLaren Esports: 2026 Driver Announcement
The Challenge
McLaren Esports needed a launch film that felt premium, technical and true to the world of elite racing. The challenge was to make the announcement feel like a performance system coming online, not just a standard team reveal.

The production also had to cover multiple creative outputs across different locations: hero film scenes, sim rig moments, team kit photography, GP media photography, PUMA lifestyle assets, data screen B-roll and laser/projection setups.
McLaren Esports: 2026 Driver Announcement
The Solution
We structured the film around three phases: a digital system loading, the drivers being analysed through performance data, and a final reveal of the new team. Silhouettes, close-ups, lasers, thermal-style visuals and data overlays created a world of racing intelligence.
